Author Bio
Wendy Morgan is a qualified chef and Cordon Bleu cook who has worked in the food industry for 35+ years. Along with her husband, chef Rex Morgan, they owned the very successful Wellington restaurant, Citron. Wendy had a colourful childhood, being brought up and working in her family's famous pie shop in Lincoln, Canterbury where she gained a passion for all things pastry. Wendy and Rex now live in Christchurch and work in catering. Despite contributing to many collaborative books and various publications over the years, Who Made All the Pies? is her first solo cookbook.
